Rules &
Policies
The plain-language agreement for playing on WolfClan and using our website, ticket system, and connected community services.
PvP is for agreed fights, enabled areas, and organised events—not unwanted killing.
Money will never buy power, progression, or a competitive advantage.
Operational and moderation data is restricted to authorised staff.
Official server rules
The rules every player follows
These rules apply everywhere connected to WolfClan, including the Minecraft server and official community spaces.
Respect all players
No bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or deliberately toxic behaviour.
No hacking or cheating
Do not use X-ray, kill aura, fly hacks, auto-clickers, unfair mods, or other cheats. X-ray may result in a ban.
No exploiting bugs
If you find a bug, report it to staff instead of abusing it.
No griefing
Do not destroy, modify, burn, flood, or otherwise damage another player's base or build, whether it is claimed or unclaimed.
No stealing
Do not take items, animals, villagers, blocks, or resources without the owner's permission.
Respect Lands and trust
Being trusted in a land is not permission to grief, steal, or misuse access. Build, break, use farms, or take resources only with the owner's permission.
Keep chat appropriate
Casual swearing is allowed, but it must not be excessive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, deliberately harmful, or directed at another player as an insult. No spam, excessive caps, advertising, threats, or drama in chat.
Language and communication
You may use your own language, but WolfClan's main shared language is English. Be patient and respectful; text and translation tools are welcome when voice is difficult.
Keep names and content appropriate
Usernames, skins, capes, signs, books, and builds must be suitable for the community.
PvP only where allowed
Do not kill another player unless PvP is enabled there, everyone involved agreed, or it is part of an organised event.
No scamming or harmful trolling
Jokes are welcome until they deceive someone, cause harm, or ruin another player's experience.
Listen to staff
Respect staff decisions in the moment. If you disagree, discuss it calmly through a ticket or appeal.
Use common sense
If something feels unfair, harmful, or wrong, do not do it.
No lag machines
Large redstone builds, farms, or systems that cause lag may be removed.
No chunk banning or crash attempts
Any attempt to crash players or the server will result in severe punishment.
Respect community builds
Do not damage, misuse, obstruct, or improperly claim public areas, shops, roads, or community projects.
Code of conduct
Be someone others enjoy playing with
Welcoming behaviour
Help keep WolfClan comfortable for different ages, backgrounds, identities, languages, and levels of experience. Disagreements are normal; personal attacks are not.
Swearing
Casual expressions such as swearing after an in-game mistake are permitted. Swearing becomes a conduct violation when it targets or insults someone, is excessive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or deliberately harmful.
Boundaries and consent
Stop when another player asks you to stop. Do not repeatedly follow, provoke, trap, message, or target someone who has made their boundary clear.
Honest reporting
Reports and appeals should be truthful. Do not fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, or retaliate against someone for contacting staff.
Staff responsibility
Staff should use their access only for legitimate moderation and support work. Concerns about a staff decision may be raised through the ticket system.
PvP & consent
WolfClan is not a kill-on-sight server
WolfClan is built around survival, building, exploring, and talking together. PvP may appear in small minigames, events, enabled arenas, or fights that everyone involved has clearly agreed to.
Outside those situations, unwanted killing, repeated targeting, deceptive traps, or forcing another player into PvP may be reported. Agreement to one fight is not permanent permission, and a player may withdraw from an informal fight.
Report an incidentPermanent fair-play promise
No pay-to-win. Ever.
WolfClan will never sell power, progression, stronger equipment, gameplay advantages, or anything else that puts paying players ahead. Progress is earned in the game under the same rules for everyone.
If WolfClan offers paid support options, they will be cosmetic, community-focused, or otherwise non-competitive. Payment will not be required to enjoy the server fairly.
Terms of use
Using WolfClan services
Acceptance
By joining the Minecraft server or using the WolfClan website, ticket system, or official community spaces, you agree to these rules and policies. If you do not agree, do not use those services.
Enforcement
Depending on the situation, staff may give guidance or warnings, remove harmful content or builds, restrict features, mute, kick, suspend, or ban an account. Serious or deliberate harm may result in immediate action.
Appeals
You may calmly ask for a decision to be reviewed through the ticket system. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an action will be reversed.
Availability and changes
The server and website are provided as available. Maintenance, outages, data loss, resets, or changes may occur. We may update gameplay, services, and these policies; material policy changes will show a new update date here.
Your content
You remain responsible for what you write, upload, build, or share. You must have permission to use it and it must not violate another person's rights or these rules.
Independent community
WolfClan is an independently operated community server and is not an official Minecraft service. It is not approved by, endorsed by, associated with, or connected to Mojang or Microsoft.
Minecraft use is also subject to the applicable Minecraft Usage Guidelines and Minecraft Community Standards.

What WolfClan records and why
Running and protecting a multiplayer server requires operational records. We aim to collect and use them only for clear server, security, moderation, support, and community purposes.
Server systems may infer an approximate country or region from an IP address. WolfClan does not intend to publish players' IP addresses or inferred locations. Access is limited to authorised staff who need it for security or moderation.
| Information | Examples | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Player identity | Minecraft username, UUID, account history, skin/head | Recognising accounts, login checks, support, and moderation |
| Connection and activity | IP address, approximate country/region, login times, sessions, playtime | Operating the server, security, abuse prevention, and statistics |
| Gameplay records | Chat, commands, block/container actions, lands, ranks, permissions, economy, and progression | Gameplay features, investigating incidents, restoring damage, and staff support |
| Moderation records | Reports, punishments, appeals, staff notes, and evidence | Keeping the community safe and reviewing decisions consistently |
| Linked services | Discord user ID, username, and link status when connected | Role linking, identification, and community moderation |
| Website member account | Display name, email, password hash, date of birth, calculated age, Minecraft username/UUID, and Discord username | Verifying account access, keeping tickets private, and providing account support |
| Ticket information | Verified account identity, ticket text, replies, status, and attachments | Answering requests and sending ticket notifications |
| Staff access | Panel username, staff email, password hash, Minecraft UUID, role, session, and security events | Controlling and auditing access to private staff tools |
Who is responsible
The WolfClan server team operates these services and is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy requests can be sent to support@wolfclan.eu or submitted through the ticket system.
Lawful purpose
Where EU data-protection law applies, processing is generally necessary to provide the requested service and for WolfClan's legitimate interests in operating, securing, and moderating its community. A different legal basis may apply where required.
Who can see it
Authorised WolfClan staff receive role-based access. Relevant service providers may process limited data to host the website/server, deliver email, provide Minecraft account images, or operate linked services such as Discord.
How long it is kept
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, server security, dispute handling, and backups. Retention varies by record type. A deletion request may be limited where records are still needed to prevent abuse or resolve a case.
VPNs
VPN use is allowed if you prefer not to reveal your direct network location. A VPN can change or obscure IP-derived location data, but it does not prevent other account, gameplay, security, or ticket data from being recorded.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential session cookies or local browser storage for sign-in, security, and ticket access. WolfClan does not use these essential features for advertising.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data. We may need to verify that the account or data belongs to you before responding. The European Commission explains these rights.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Please do not place passwords, private authentication codes, home addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive information in chat or tickets.
